In today's fast-paced world, navigating the challenges of ADHD can often feel overwhelming, but with the right guidance and tools, thriving becomes second nature. We are proud to present our comprehensive online courses and programmes, meticulously designed to offer support and insights to those touched by ADHD. Join us on this enlightening journey to redefine what it means to live and thrive with ADHD.

High School Success 5-week Programme.

This programme is suitable for any student with diagnosed or suspected ADHD aged 14 to 19 years old, focusing on their GCSEs, A Levels, IB or any other diplomas/certificates. This includes students in Years 11 and 13 with exams around the corner, and those in Years 10 and 12, not yet due to sit exams, but who would like to get in early to set themselves up for success.

This 5-week programme starts on 24th February 2024.

University Success Programme.

The programme is ideal for students wanting to better understand themselves and their ADHD and who are keen to learn how to work with their unique brain wiring to reach their goals. 

Parent Education Course.

By the end of this course, parents will be able to look at their child through an ADHD lens, recognise and cultivate their strengths and interests, adapt their parenting styles to promote their parenting goals and last but not least, learn how to put on their oxygen masks first.

Student Study Halls.

At The ADHD Academy, we understand the challenges that come with ADHD, especially when it comes to doing the things we aren’t intrinsically motivated to do that we need to do in order to succeed. This is very much the case for our students with ADHD when it comes to homework and revision.​
