High School Success

Back To School Intensive Weekend

Is your ADHD getting in the way of you succeeding in High school?

This intensive weekend programme is suitable for any student with diagnosed or suspected ADHD aged 14 to 19 years old, focusing on their GCSEs and A Levels. This includes students in Years 11 and 13 with exams around the corner, and those in Years 10 and 12, not yet due to sit exams, but who would like to get in early to set themselves up for success.

The programme is ideal for students wanting to better understand themselves and their ADHD and who are keen to learn how to work with their unique brain wiring to reach their goals.

This is an Intensive Weekend Programme where students and parents will join us on our live sessions.

ADHD Parent Education Course.

Parents have FREE access to an online parent education course through their teen's online portal covering:

We give you the perspective and toolkit to 'help not hinder' becoming your child's much needed champion.

  • Module 1: How to Thrive, and Not Just Survive
  • Module 2: Self-Care
  • Module 3: Prepping for Success, at home and beyond
  • Module 4: A Holistic approach to ADHD

By the end of this course, parents will be able to look at their teen through an ADHD lens, recognise and cultivate their strengths and interests, adapt their parenting styles to promote their parenting goals and and last but not least, learn how to put on their oxygen masks first.
